Julie Herve, policy officer Culture at EUROCITIES, visited Utrecht to discover the cultural activities and diversity in Utrecht. Whe asked her what her impression of Utrecht is, this is what she responded: 'The cultural activities in Utrecht are major. People in Utrecht work beyond borders and are very international orientated. I am impressed by the fact that everybody speaks English and French so well. Utrecht is definately a mulilinguistic hot spot. Also, there are many young creative people which is great for the future'.
